When you create the thread, select XAO and enter your position/sentiment (even though it's irrelevant) BEFORE you select STT trading. As soon as you select STT Trading, it disappears. But it still links even though you can't see it. Quirky but workable.

Thanks for trying and please do try again. We could do with a more reliable thread opener while Freehold enjoys his sabbatical.

Hi Ammie , with a competition , I don't know if this has been said before - but what I think is most important is the highest percentage rise, since the time of tipping- and not that it has stayed up high by the end of the year. As a year is too long really , to expect a share to stay high for a year .  It matters more that it has gone up (so you can get out ), and not that it has stayed up. Maybe do a 3 month comp. We are a short term trading group anyway . If the tip is for a year period , then the focus of the group is no longer short term trading .
