CFE, has been beaten down of late, is hitting its lows, and showing good support, has to hold around the 19c range, an then it will see a reversal back to the 27c range or so. The company has been doin a share buy back. At 27c all the way down to 20c. So that tells me even at 27c the company thinks its a cheap price.

Bought a parcel at 19.5 yesterday, could be a goer real soon
