The Company owns 100% of the Colosseum Gold-REE Project. The Colosseum Mine is in the Walker Lane Trend in East San Bernardino County, California.

The Colosseum is located less than 10km north of the Mountain Rare Earth mine(USA only producing REE mine!!) Work has commenced on identifying the source of the mantle derived rocks that are associated with carbonatites and are located at Colosseum

US GOVT funding for REE exploration is also in the works potential for DTR.

RC drilling results- 25.9m at 1.91 g/t gold from 57.91m, including 3.05m at 3.05 g/t gold from 57m and 74.7m @ 4.27g/t gold from 77.72m, including 27.4m @ 7.82g/t gold from 88.39m.

The Argos deposit 80% DTR comprises four patented mining claims covering 75 acres and is considered the largest strontium deposit in the USA.

T/A wise and time of the year being TAX-loss selling JUNE I think we will see a bounce in the SP early to mid-JULY... with many DTR S/Hs underwater and wanting to reduce tax.




Also DTR has royalty payment deal on sold- US project lucky strike plant/mine to GOLD links

.. been some time they have paid all the pre-production payments .. !!!

waiting on Gold links Production DTR would be looking at $5.3mill in payments within months ..

Sadly these funds don't look to be coming soon enough so DTR has only recently announced $4.2mill 1c rights issue with free 2:1 opts

Under the Rights Issue, the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman (and “substantial”7
Shareholder), Mr Mark Johnson has committed to take up his Entitlement in full (which
commitment equates to approximately $0.84 million worth of New Shares).

Shareholders should note that the commitment given in respect of the Rights Issue by
Mr Johnson will be satisfied by way of a debt for equity set-off whereby a total of
approximately $0.84 million in outstanding debt owed by the Company to Mr Johnson
will be extinguished in exchange for approximately $0.84 million worth of New Shares.

In addition, the Company’s Managing Director (and substantial Shareholder), Mr
Stephen Baghdadi has committed to take up his Entitlement in full (which commitment
equates to approximately $0.57 million worth of New Shares) and to underwrite up to
a further $0.177 million worth of any shortfall that exists on completion of the Rights
Issue. Accordingly, Mr Baghdadi’s total commitment under the Rights Issue is up to
$0.75 million.

Mr Baghdadi’s participation in the Rights Issue will be by way of new cash
contributions.

Both major holders MD + Chairman have pump huge amount of their personal capital into DTR


Overall HIGH risk reward spec BUY I believe if GOLD plays along will bounce strongly in JULY
