"The Board of HotCopper considers the Buy-Back to be a prudent use of cash given the current and forecast strong cash flow generation of the business and the current prevailing share price. As stated in the Company’s Prospectus, the proposed use of funds raised pursuant to the IPO included an estimated working capital reserve of $ 683,000 and the Company intends to reinvest surplus profits in the business in FY2017 in order to maximise growth rather than pay dividends."
