@onix786 My apologies for missing your post on the weekend. Glad you were able however to gain that insight into how the people behind the Smart Money feed the media with their own agendas. Looking back, when Country Road and a few of the other labels left Myer and moved over exclusively to DJ's that should have been a smoke signal that all was not as it seemed. Noticeably there was media coverage at that time. A quick Google search will paint the picture of the type of news articles that were circulating at that time. It will be interesting to see how and if Myer can take this chance to reinvent themselves so that they can become profitable and re-emerge as a dominant player in the crowded retail market once again.
