Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 18th Apr 2016 (No. 214)
Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the Hotcopper posters that have contributed leads/tips to the Short Term Trading Competitions below as I do not have the time, nor resources to research and verify the information that has been provided by them. Best of Luck.!

AB1 - Mobile games for smartphones and tablets [18/04/2016]
SP: $0.225 Mkt cap:34.62M EPS: $0.02 Shares:167.52M Animoca Brands Corporation Limited, formerly Black Fire Minerals Ltd, is an Australia-based company engaged in the development and marketing of portfolio of mobile games for smartphones and tablets. The Company operates through the product development and marketing of mobile applications games. Mobile games developer Animoca Brands has raised AU$6.5 million via institutional placement in a bid to expedite growth and expand both its app and games portfolios. Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:AB1)-listed Animoca Brands has raised AU$6.5 million via institutional placement, with approval for an additional AU$1 million to be raised by way of a share purchase plan. According to the company, the funds raised from both the placement and share purchase will be used to meet working capital requirements as well as strategic growth opportunities, which includes the development of e-books. Robby Yung, Animoca Brands CEO told shareholders on Monday the company will also use the cash injection to fund the ongoing expansion of its app portfolio and also for the future acquisition of content and intellectual property to grow its portfolio. "With this funding we're well positioned to expedite the development of our e-books in partnership with Mattel and continue to increase our app portfolio and user base as we seek further advertising revenue opportunities," he said. "We continue to seek out opportunities to acquire brand licences and technology and with this funding in place we will be able to broaden both our IP portfolio and take advantage of opportunities as they arise." This latest funding round has seen Animoca Brands raise a total of AU$10.2 million since it listed on the ASX. Based in Hong Kong, Animoca Brands found itself publicly listed in Australia in January last year, following a reverse takeover of Black Fire Minerals. The Perth-based mineral exploration company raised AU$2.4 million to fund the acquisition, and recommenced trading as Animoca Brands Corporation Limited. It was reported at the time that Yung had said the reverse-takeover path was chosen as it allowed for the continued growth of the business and the potential for further initial public offering (IPO) raising for the licensing of more intellectual property for games. In July last year, Rival games developer, Ourpalm, sunk AU$3.1 million into Animoca Brands for an 11.11 percent stake in the company, with the deal seeing the distribution and development of Animoca's apps in China. The remaining AU$4.7 million came from shareholders in December, with the company using the funds to develop new mobile entertainment products. Last month, the company signed a distribution agreement with China's Tencent that would see the digital entertainment giant publish Groove Planet, Animoca Brand's mobile music game, across Android versions of Weixin, Mobile QQ, and Tencent App Store in mainland China. Under the agreement, Groove Planet will be distributed across the platforms for two years, with an auto-renewal feature in place for an additional year, on a revenue share agreement. As of December 2015, the combined monthly active users of Weixin and WeChat were 697 million, while Mobile QQ had 642 million monthly active users. The latest agreement builds on the relationship Animoca Brands kicked off with Tencent in September last year, with the Chinese giant distributing Animoca's Armies of Dragons for across the WeChat platform in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand for a 12-month period which began in November. MC about 2.5m Shares - about 880m DRK held a general meeting yesterday at the request of two shareholders who wanted to replace the directors with directors of their own choosing. The motions were all voted down by a huge majority of shareholders. Due diligence is underway and due to be completed at any time on the proposed change from mining to cyber security. Directors have been taking scrip for wages and so have significant skin in the game. Market cap is tiny. Recent shortfall in Entitlements issue was gobbled up by recent new shareholder Trinity Corporate taking them from 5% to 15%. Will raise 9m for RTO and issue shares to Genome for purchase. Has 4 tenements, which it will sell as part of the RTO process. This should re-rate significantly once the deal is finalised. Genome Cyber is a cyber security tech start-up out of Israel. Syntonic's management (ex Microsoft & Facebook) will become the new directors and a name change is imminent. Syntonic developed two products: DataFlex, already providing cash flow in the US and about to be launched in Europe. It provides a split billing system on smart phones that differentiates between personal and work usage, which will alleviate this conflict. Freeway is a sponsored data service about to be launched in SE Asia that will attempt to capture a significant part of the prepay mobile data market, offering free usage of certain apps, mostly those that are most downloaded from the Apple and Google stores. The free apps will be paid for by the app developers, and Syntonic expects this to be a major cash revenue source. Recently PSF reduced a $7 m CR to the $750K minimal ASX requirement, indicating their already good cash flow. The forthcoming prospectus this month will demonstrate this and should provide for further share price increase, creating the second significant re-rate. know thy trades

VRC - Graphite in Australia [13/04/2016]
Volt Resources Limited, formerly Mozambi Resources Limited, is an Australia-based graphite exploration company. The Company's principal activities include graphite exploration in Mozambique and Tanzania, and coal exploration in Queensland, Australia. Breakout with continuation candle (Marubozu). There has been a long basing period and has now started an uptrend. Would've been better to tip it at August, but wasn't around then. This post here summarizes the FA side of things (Post #:17471011). Magnis (MNS) is apparently their neighbor? Need some resident expert in Graphite to clarify. 20160412 STTCOMP VRC.PNG STT - Most Winners - 11/04/2016 [?IMG]

KSN - Copper/gold explorer mostly in Sth Australia [13/04/2016]
MC 2.7M SOI 170M Cash 393K Kingston Resources is a copper/gold explorer mostly in Sth Australia, but has pegged some Tin/Tantalum/Lithium Tenements in NT, near that of CXO in the Arunta area north of Alice Springs. The daily chart over the last month is showing a Cup & Handle formation that is in the final consolidation period before breakout. It is not a significantly large handle - designed for light fingers - which often results in greater upside. Resistance at the handle has yet to be broken, but expect milk to be spilt anytime soon. SYA - Lithium in Australia [12/04/2016]
Sayona Mining Limited, formerly DiamonEx Limited, is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company is engaged in the identification, assessment and acquisition of mineral exploration assets. Into lithium Indecision candle that's still in a strong uptrend. This sort of setup was seen on DKO where a bearish candle did not stop price momentum. It is still well above the bollinger band suggesting that the primary uptrend has not stopped yet. Don't need to go into the FA - too many people have already covered it. Here are the stats: 20160411 STTCOMP SYA.PNG STT - Most Winners - 11/04/2016 [?IMG]
