Question is for near term producers or mines claiming to be close to construction etc, with unemployment at 3.5% here in AUS and 5.1 (which is low for lazy Canada) what's the chances they will be able to get labour and skilled workers? As i still work in the mining industry i can see this being a big issue, some may leave the city to do this work but that has diminished greatly over the last 5 years with the younger generations not wiling to leave the life style they have. Ag is also paying higher wages which was normally a good drafting ground for mining, so that avenue is alot less fruitful.
Personally i see this continuing the commodity prices for materials already in short supply.
Cheers, Ant
