In my head AVZ had about 1bn shares in the hands of the Top 20, and 1bn shares in the hands of "Non Top 20".
I'm trying to wrap my head around the composition of the 1bn shares held by the "Non Top 20" nowadays, and I'm not quite ready to accept there is a boogey man lurking in the shadows.
