DDD has raised $1M by way of a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors with the issue of 153,846,154 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.0065 (0.65 cents) per share and 38,461,538 options also to be issued with an exercise price of $0.007 (0.7 cents) and an expiry of 17 December 2019.
The placement to existing and new shareholders was arranged by Baker Young Stockbrokers Ltd. The placement was heavily oversubscribed, with a number of new institutional and sophisticated investors showing strong demand for the placement.
Test Results:
DDD announced Metallurgical test results showing up to 99.4% gold recoveries from 2011 drilling samples at Morne Bossa.
Results were as follows:
Drill 1 - 2-19m : 1.32g/t (medium), 19-26m: 6.07g/t (high)
Drill 2 - 0-13m : 3.14g/t (high), 17-38m: 2.16g/t (high)
DDD announced that the results were exceptionally positive and give them great confidence in the economics of the projects.
Test results at DDD's other site, Grand Bois, by Newmont/EM JV using 34 samples, were as follows:
34 samples - range from 0.83g/t (low) to 7.68g/t (high)
Peter Mitchell, MD of 3D Resources was supposed to be in Haiti during 2/3 September, with a view to securing a contract for a diamond drill rig and the company will focus on commencing a diamond drilling campaign up to 2500 meters as soon as it practically can, to confirm and complete infill drilling from the previously announced drilling.
News is now due, and can be released anytime soon, on their near term exploration objectives!
