Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 18th Mar 2013 (No. 57)

Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided as I do not have the time to research all the facts that have been provided. Best of Luck.!

VOR - Copper Explorer in Mongolia ,
    17/03/2013

May have discovered an Oyu Tolgoi Cash $4m, Recent drilling in Mongolia has hit something like 600ms of Copper Bearing mineralisation with the drill cores showing "Frequent Visual Copper Mineralisation" and comparisons have been made to the Multi Billion Dollar Oyu Tologoi Copper Deposit "This hole intersected 604 meters of ignimbrite and block ash tuff frequently containing visual copper mineralization The assays from these intersections are currently pending. Additionally Patos have just taken a placement in the stock. The last time they did this was with RXL after they saw the cores RXL doubled from the placement price shortly after

    DAU - Gold/Copper in WA,
    17/03/2013

With it's southern neighbour LSR seeing the largest volume in over a year on Friday and SRI releasing their plans for a sustained drilling campaign at Enigma 7kms to the southwest I think DAU is in the sweetspot with SRI stating that Enigma is " not constrained to the northeast" and that Sipa is "currently targeting primary sulphide mineralisation which is likely controlled by northeast trending thrust faults and northwest trending accommodation faults "Not many shares on issue and a current EV of $0 DAU's SP will increase rapidly IMHO if a primary sulphide source is located in between Enigma and DAU

    SBR - Copper in Namibia,

Targeting high grade copper in Namibia across a number of quality tenements, especially Kaskara and Guchab. The Reverse Circulation (‘RC’) drilling at Kaskara commenced in late October. A total of more than thirty holes is planned across the outcropping mineralised zone, with twenty eight holes drilled to date. Samples from the majority of these holes are in the laboratory. These results are expected to become available in the coming weeks. Reconnaissance diamond drilling at Guchab has continued to intersect significant copper mineralisation in a number of locations across the prospect area, Results from this drilling should be released soon.

POK - Targeting high grade Potash Utah, USA,
    17/03/2013

Awaiting the issue of permits from the USA Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) drilling permit approvals process for POK’s subsidiary, K2O Utah, to drill on Federal land. Expected to be issued within the next few weeks! The issuance of the permits will give POK legal control over the land and allow independent geologist Agapito to define POK’s maiden JORC compliant resource. Potash Minerals Limited has earned 90% of the Paradox Basin Potash Project. The Company's focus is on sylvinite, a high grade form of potash ore that is cheaper and more effective to process to a saleable form than any other form of potash ore. An Exploration Target estimated by independent consultants Agapito Associates, Inc. for Potash Beds 13 and 18 of 3.4 to 5.2 billion tonnes of sylvinite at an average grade of 23% to 34% KCl has been delineated within the Project.

PNN - DSO iron ore in South Australia,
    15/03/2013

MC of $5mil, cash a bit over $1mil, they own two drill rigs and are free carried for current drill campaign which will last all year. One for the long sighted this one but initial drill results due in the next couple of weeks. They have a large land position in the Curnamona basin shared with Sino Steel (60%) the second largest iron ore trader in china!!!Sino Steel are funding the exploration and they expect to prove up about 16 million tonne of DSO IO. If successful Sinosteel will have a quarry exercise 150 km from Port Pirie which has about a 10 million tonne excess capacity. PNN are just getting a 40% free ride. PNN is my choice of ground floor exposure to what may be South Australia's answer to the Pilbara.

GGP - Oil/Gas in the USA,
    15/03/2013

Recently secured a 7.5 mil funding facility Funding may be used to continue with their frac stimulation program on their wells. Successful flow rates from this program could result in an increase in sp. Currently producing approx 100 bopd and with success could increase substantially. Have had a history of a lot of cn which has had a devastating effect on sp and possibly finding another form of funding may change the sentiment of investors and shareholders.

A new major shareholder notice was received by a very close associate to Andrew price the executive director that was responsible for removing the old board, making major changes to the management team and has a plan to return PPX to profit again in 2014Mr L Rodney now holds 30m shares , so about a $3 m investment , that's a big position for a private investor to make . Not to long before that we saw ex Deutsche bank fund manager Raymond Gonzalez announced as also taking a major shareholding position of over 6% Fund manager Allan Gray led by Simon Marais hold just under 20% and have publicly backed the Price made changes .Seems to me the dip in price today to .084 c might be another good entry point

LRS - Heavy Metals /Mineral Sands,
    14/03/2013

At the current market cap and getting a calculator out on the JORC I expect a few of the insto’s that attend these things over coming days will realize just how much potential Guado has 63m tonnes of HM in the JORC , of this 63m tonnes 24% of it has a value of $450 per tonne and another component of the hematite has a 22% component with a value at $150 per tonne Giving zero value on mariella, Illo and the 87% non explored part of guado that generates over $8 billion in revenue .In my view once the option expiry date in the next week or 2 passes I expect we will see LRS move higher than the current 19c level.

Breaker is the largest tenement holder in the Eastern Goldfields Superterrane which accounts for 75% of Australia's gold. The Company has a 100% interest in eight projects in the emerging Yamarna and Burtville Terranes. Breaker’s objective is early discovery in an unexplored part of Australia’s premier gold province.8000m aircore drilling program underway testing a 32km gold in soil anomaly. The apparent structural control, in conjunction with a gold-mercury-copper-zinc-silver metal association, indicates a previously unexplored Archean bedrock gold system.

The recent high of forty cents from a low of ten cents gives a range of thirty cents . The most recent attempt on a high was twenty four cents .... ten cents off the low of fourteen . That gave us ten cents out of a possible thirty cent move . Current SP of seventeen represents an initial target of twenty four cents again and then forty four cents .Twenty two and a half should see it into the lounge
