-HHI is an RTO of VPC, listed a few days ago and dropped back to listing price (20c).
-HHI is currently earning 800k revenue per month from its operations in Aus and the UK, and are the only listed distributor of medical cannabis and pharmaceutical products on the ASX
-HHI have a established distribution network both in the UK and AUS. They supply 11+ brands with supply agreements and licences in place for UK & Australasia
-lead manager CPS capital (have a good track record)
-the acquisition of Gees pharma (UK - web based) was completed in Spet 2020 and expected to grow significantly

Was wondering why they would list if its such a successful promising business - looking at the financials they seem to be growing too fast and run out of working capital. Made 900k profit for H1 FY'21 with only 600k cash on had prior to the RTO. They have also reserved $2 million for acquisitions of complementary business - so am expecting news in the next few months (looking to add product lines with GMP-certified producers and manufactures of medicinal cannabis )

They are not the only listed distrubor of cannabis products on the ASX at all, been well established companies like AGH , and another one similar to HIH (CAU) which is will below IPO price, seem to be paying high salaries like HIH, and market doesnt like it.
