I wonder if the Vietnamese will take-over the project like they did from the Russians who built their O&G offshore industry.
Anyway, good luck to Blackstone and investors. There are plenty of minerals in the ground all over Vietnam. My families coffee plantation in the lower central region has dirt so red, you'd swear you're in the Pilbara.
