Hmm. KDR price at posting 44c. Current price: ~60c. Not a bad return for ~4 weeks work. Perhaps that post had some merit. Note: I'm no longer a KDR holder if that makes a difference - the muddy legal action, Christmas, and a general read that the market belts KDR in an odd cyclical fashion has meant I've stepped back from it for a short while.

I've had a thought about this interaction @sydneykevin (and @ammie), and we may just have a personal point of difference that is linked to a philosophy I carry into trading. It may seem old-fashioned, but I believe that how you trade should be as ethical as possible, and any recommendations/advice that is given should be as devoid from personal bias or vested interest as is possible. Purely TA trades cannot carry a philosophy, or hold true against an ethical standard - it's just numbers and graphs and charts. And, I think that's why I dislike purely TA trades: These trades 'forget' that a company might have a horrific track record of environmental abuse or neglect... They 'ignore' any nefarious dealings on behalf of management.. They are completely profit driven, and in so doing, are blind to responsibility, standards or any 'bigger picture' components that may have had to be (uncomfortably) considered if more in-depth analysis was performed.

Hmm. So, in summary. I don't hold anything personally against those who perform purely TA trades. I think.. I think I just see trading differently and want to maintain a broader view when I invest in things. And in this specific instance, I cannot separate the actions of the company from how it wants its share-price to perform, and hence the above (and related) comments.

Well. That was quite an epiphany. I apologise for anything clumsy that may have been said as I reached that conclusion (to you in particular @sydneykevin). I do hope MZN performs. It is a poor man, who wishes to see other men poor, and I do not wish this on you, sir.
