I'm with you there mate. You may remember on DTZ a week or so after listing it was up around 40. I managed to get in at 39 and sold at 42 saying I'd be back when it was lower because it was obviously being played. Just didn't get a good feeling from it. Might have another look at it now because I still think it's a good LT.
