Not much from me lately, have been a bit quiet due to an appendix not functioning correctly - all good now and back in the game.

I've also been quiet on the trading side of things, been buying a few with a slightly longer time-frame in mind ( I say that now, but subject to change at anytime).

Still trying to gauge the market money flow at the moment. 2 months off work hasn't seemed to have helped me it seems, I thought it would've allowed me to get on top of things but in actual fact it appears to have thrown me into reverse, with the wheel cocked to the left - somewhat of a circular motion. Must be the routine or something of the sort out of whack. Hmm... anyways.

Couple of quick scans for perusal:

Price & Volume Breakout - price increased 5% and the volume is 50% above a 50-day moving average. Look for the high volume, low percentage movers as smoke signals.



52 Week low for any bottom dwellers

MACD Cross Up - possible ST movers
