I wouldn't mind discussing the proverbial 'smoke signals' in terms of price and volume, and general signs of broker activity.
(Reloading bids, off-screen buys, bots suddenly appearing etc.)
Is it true that sophisticated brokers and institutions accumulate their positions by using these tactics to keep the share price from rising too much? Or is this just another HotCopper myth?
Grateful for any insight anyone can provide.
