I would love to see such a list as I hate the amount of general dodgyness in the asx. For me I would most value a list of dodgy companies and directors as I tend to ignore a lot of posters on HC anyway as I assume their info to be biased

As one of the posters above said-it is probably best to be objective so no one can refute what we're doing. Perhaps one column for the person/company, another column for what they did to be in the list and another column with a link(s) fully substantiating the claims.

And add a bit footnote at the bottom saying we encourage people on the list to post and provide their version of events so they can potentially be taken off the list (as if any one of the dodgy characters would bother though)

Perhaps it can be done automatically like the tipping (if you have time FH!). I know I've got a few companies/people to add
