Thanks. I found it as well, gave it a thumbs up haha. I'll reply to it as soon as I can after lunch. I think sometimes I haven't gotten notifications as well.. the hard part is how the latest ones disappear once you click the alarm bell (and you have to click the 'show more' to goto another page). But I guess that's just me and a minor inconvenience haha. Appreciate the lengthy response!
If anyone else wants the word document I might just start uploading it onto a publicly viewable google drive link? Might save me time resending and at least it can help out whoever needs or wants it.
