This is rookie question but one that I haven't quite figured out. Feedback from the experts appreciated.
If the market opened as below for MEP, the buyer of 32.000 at the top of the queue would pay 0.110 per share or 0.081 as shown on the seller side. Or another value?
If 0.081 then doesn't it turn into a "highest bidder getting the fill by jumping the queue at every opening?" (if there is enough demand of course).
For context, this stock was mentioned by PPP and the buy side just went crazy.
