Tip for sanity: Avoid biotechs unless they have announced a real financial breakthrough, in which case you trade the bejesus out of them for a few days. Really, just forget bios and oil, and probably explorers too. Plenty more fun sectors out there.

EDIT: J8, I forgot you're a somewhat of an expert in the bio sector, so my tip doesn't apply to you. But for most ordinary folk out there, biotech is just not worth the worry/obsession/frustration/time.
