Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 20th Apr 2015 (No. 162)

Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided as I do not have the time to research all the facts that have been provided. Best of Luck.!

SP- 7.6c MC- $1.5 mill Cash- $1.2 mill Will resubmit this entry having moved from 6.4c from previous entry. Shell looking for a new home and after biotech backdoored into COT last year SP rallied instantly to 15c before deal fell over at the last minute much to the disappointment of COT directors. Been 6 months since and management would no doubt running the ruler over opportunities and with so few on issue should run fast on news. Only problem is getting a position being terribly illiquid.

Market Cap $11.5m Cash $6.5m EV= $5mSouth Johnstone Bauxite Results of Scoping Study EBIT = $12.3m PER ANNUM The level of confidence in the South Johnstone Bauxite Project is greatly enhanced with the initial Indicated Resource which has enabled the Company to refine the Scoping Study to support the economics of the Project. The initial JORC Indicated Resource underpins a revised independent Scoping Study Stage 1 of the South Johnstone Bauxite which illustrates a technically low risk, low cost, highly profitable bauxite operation with significant free cash flows. The updated Scoping Study supports profitable bauxite production by initially mining the already identified higher confidence Indicated Mineral Resource at South Johnstone. The Scoping Study indicates that South Johnstone Bauxite Project represents a robust bauxite deposit with a simple mining and quarrying operation to produce a DSO product with a favourable location with respect to infrastructure and presents a real opportunity to promote sustainable regional development and development of the project in 2015. The upgraded Scoping Study results are based solely on new initial JORC Indicated resource Stage 1 Project and does not rely on any lower confidence Inferred Resources. Based on the updated Scoping Study and an average bauxite production Operating Scenario Stage 1 of 800,000 tonnes per annum would yield annual gross revenue of A$42.4 million and operating annual positive cash flow before tax (From Year 1 Stage 1 Project only) : of A$12.3 million

CL8 mgmt have been busy over the last few months getting their house in order and achieving the following :- 1. Reduce competition by acquisition of Caramavan website / Business 2. Small recent cap raise to minimise dilution (they could have raise a lot more but chose not to).... I like this. 3. New consolidated website for peer to peer rentals Drivemycar, Caravan, Motorhome and general rental (Rentoid) all from the one site. 4. Spin off of non core business B2B (Marketboomer with limited Bluesky ) in favour of a focus C2C Peer to peer rental (with massive bluesky) 5. Change of primary domain name from www.drivemycarrentals.com.au to www.drivemycar.com.au The more time goes by the more I like the mgmt style of these guys... The sharing economy flows through technology companies that provide marketplaces and security for people to swap or loan their assets, whether it's an apartment, golf clubs or even parking spots. Chris Noone, chief executive of Collaborate, which owns car-rental site DriveMyCar, caravan rental and swap service Caramavan, and appliance and furniture rental site Rentoid, said his business was operating in a new realm where tech innovation was becoming relevant to everyday customers, rather than just tech-savvy nerds. ..."

The Technology has the potential to be the first FDA Approved objective, evidence based approach to the diagnosis of depression and other mental health disorders. The technology has already benefited from 10 years of laboratory research and Medibio is undertaking a number of pivotal studies to validate its clinical utility MEB has its own little space on the ASX so should gain significant interest from investors seeking diversification within their biotech portfolios.
