    Depends on the orientation of the ore body I believe. If they drill perpendicular to the ore body, you would have the true width. I have not looked at this particular Co's drawings to see what angle they are drilling into the ore body at.

    If we assume the first hole was drilled perpendicular to the ore body, a vertical hole would give a larger intersection but would not represent the true width.
