@Freehold, how does best newcomer work? Do you have to get the highest percentage with min of 10 tips in the 4 week leaderboard? If one winner drops off the 4 week mark, does that mean your % falls?
Or do you have to just make 10 tips in 3 months and hope all of them wins?
