Hi John,

I like the look of RCP and was all set to buy, but on reading the announcement regarding the consolidation have held off. Trying to get my head around what the pros of buying before this happens are for a new buyer to the company. Would it be that post consolidation it could come onto the market at a higher than consolidated price due to quality of the tenaments/ management etc.

I just figured if I bought in now my position would be diluted very quickly due to the consolidation.

Any thoughts would be appreciated as I’m trying to learn about scenarios such as this and how experienced people would look at it.
