Currently in Trading Holt due to legal issues, a recent announcement suggests an out of court settlement has been reached, with BPG recieving 1.7milUSD from Soarlabs.
They are in final stages of launching a Cryptocurrency Exchange, making them the first ASX listed to do this.

Certainly worth a look when they commence trading.
