Cisco takeover offer for BUD's sister company
Jasper Technologies Inc. last month for $1.9 billion AUD ($1.4b USD)
that is x20 BUDs diluted market cap and x60 its undiluted market cap
Apparently more-so than numbers in this deal, what triggered the takeover was Jaspers existing relationships with its customers (via subscription revenue).

BUD is currently going at it strong, announcing in its quarterly some
major imminent subscription based signings including two companies that alone will create 40 million new daily connections, which between these 2 companies alone, is
twice as much as BUD's Milestone 1 target of 20 million daily connections
The BUD IPO was 3 short months ago, heavily and I mean heavily oversubscribed (50x-60x), with only institutions getting stock at 10c. this was reflected in its shell company (POK) simultaneously trading at a 150%+ premium and a 40% uptake of the 20c POK/BUD options despite the 10c raise.
Here we are 3

) months later and we have a unicorn in the making, trading a mere 20% above that same IPO.
