EXC - gold plus also have a Lithium option up in the Pilbara round PLS / AJM territory.

Low on cash though - $364k last qtrly with qtr burn ~ $200k.

MC only $4.6m @ 0.023 with 201M shares - T20 ~ 66%

Don't know a hell of a lot about the Co. history? Couple of simple charts below showing some slight quiet buying recently and a couple of simple snips from recent Anns in Feb and 1st Mar. Their negotiations with PnP (Pit & Portal) at a bit of a stalemate it seems and EXC are still negotiating with them but have pulled the exclusivity right with PnP to allow discussions with other interested parties to resume as well. Have already had a PFS done in 2014.

SP fairly range bound for awhile whilst the negotiations obviously progressed but then stalled. Expect EXC need to do something given cash position and curious whether an answer could be forthcoming sooner than later - good or bad.
