US Market Update
US indices mostly positive on the day with SPX (+0.18%), IXIC (+0.28%), Dow (-.06%) and RUT (+0.09%). Values may settle further.
S&P Sectors: Financials (+1.32%) lead Technology (+0.52%) and Heath Care (+0.24%) finish to the upside while Utilities (-0.64%), Industrials (-0.62%), Consumer Staples (-0.53%), Materials (-0.50%), Energy (-0.39%), Real Estate (-0.23%), Consumer Discretionary (-0.10%) and Telecom (-0.03%) are relatively weak.
SPX is just on its 5 day moving average and 2805 is a pivot on a three-day time frame. The bulls want the index to stay above that area and ES_F participants trying to achieve balance there. SPX 30 minute update.
ZN Treasury note futures are down substantially and 10-year yield has increased to 2.97%.
