CAN is the larger player in this space and performed +60% in the two days following news of bank finance for its cultivation facility in Mildura. ECS has similar aspirations for its facility in Tasmania. In December there may be news of a Stage 1 off take agreement and completion of construction of its growing and packaging facility in the emerald isle. A major bank lending for this industry reduces perceived risk and could bring investors on board the much smaller market cap ECS in the next few weeks.
