Try BOOM Securities in HK. They trade in US but not Canada. SAXO Securities (google them & email your request) also do everywhere. Know they have an Office in Singapore, but do not know where you are based. I emailed them the weekend before last, and had an a/c by last Thursday - extremely helpful. Wherever you are based, should work for them.
