There was SPP plan few months back to acquire new villages.
All directors used their money to buy more shares.
You can see substantial holder notice .
result is quite good. about 300% percent jump in profit .
Occupancy rate is greater than 90%.
With Australia aging and super to be about 3 trillion I don't see it getting too lower.
