A lot of those placement shares went to long time supporters and holders of the company and wont be put on market, and a lot of the ones that have been put on market have already been bought by stronger hands at $0.003 and $0.004
$2 million cap, shares on issue not so relevant... but if anything will be a positive as liquidity will get the daytraders interested as well
