Saudi industrial giant Tasnee will invest up to $20 in the form of non-interest bearing CNs ....$4m converted @ 16.6c...The remaining (if any) converts @ 18c.
A good cornerstone investor that has interests very much aligned with those of DYE.
The market should recieve it favourably...May even allow the Tullochs to exit gracefully.
