HCD
$10mMC
590,000 SOI
Directors with skin in the game
Last CR $1.6m was Feb 2022 so cashed for a while.
Annc earlier this week that one of Australia's largest OnG producers in the Cooper Basin has handed them the management of 30 wells following successful trials of their HCD tech that treats the build up of undesirables such as crude oil wax, asphaltene, and resin molecules. They successfully proved a
95% saving in output losses for this OnG producer.
now.....
There are only 2 OnG producers in the Cooper Basin with more than 30 wells ; Santos ( $27b MC ) and Beach ( $3b MC ) .
There is some interesting sleuth work here that shows why it may well have been Beach that has partnered with HCD ;

Now that HCD tech is proven, it would make sense that HCD can and will ( if not already ) now go to other OnG players . Santos would be the obvious target. It would be very beneficial to have an "in" right ?
Let's review the Board members shall we ;
Andrew Seaton
Non-Executive Director
Mr Seaton was a senior executive with Santos Limited for twelve years, the last six of which he served as Chief Financial Officer.
As the ex CFO - 'Andrew would be the ideal person to go to Santos and explain to them the cost saving benefits of HCD technology no ?
Santos is a $27b MC OnG behemoth. If they adopt HCD as a partner, i would offer there might be a......ahem...... considerable lift in SP for HCD from a $10m MC.
and.......
HCD has already been trialling HCD Multi Flow with a Texan OnG producer and should be concluding trials there shortly. HCD alreays has an office in the US and.....again......lets go to the management ;
Bill Tarantino
CEO - Chemical Division
Mr Tarantino was a senior executive with Baker Hughes ( Houston / $20Bn MC ) where he worked for twenty-seven years....numerous positions including
Director of Operations Europe, Africa, Russia Caspian Region, as well as Director of Global Accounts and Marketing. Prior to his distinguished career at Baker Hughes, Mr. Tarantino was employed by Halliburton for five years and Betz Laboratories for three years.
I would say we are only one or two announcements away from a
major run on this midget.
GLTAH and have a nice weekend
