Biotechs is generally a space to trade but not to fall in love with the story. There are a few exceptions which have gone onto greatness. However, many of the juniors just need a failed trial to almost wipe themselves and their shareholders out. Having said that, on the chart, PCK has been bouncing along the bottom for 3 years and is now breaking out.
