Not sure if anyone here is dividend seeking investors, but I came across this company CD1 which I find it interesting and attractive at the current price. The key attractions for me are:
·Very good dividend history (Note current share price is only about 92c):
o Total dividend paid since inception of 244c.
o Last 5 years dividend: 193c.
o Currently trading around 65% of NTA (and trading lower than recent company buyback price)
·Appears to be reasonably well diversified investment.
·Seems to be run by smart team
·US based and investing in areas which I cannot directly invest myself.
Of course, the key drawback is small cap and not very liquid (which is not helped by recent buyback).see some useful info below:
