End of month hedge funds selling because of the rise in bond rates. Can only sell at the end of day. Lots of end of the day selling. That's why there was the precipetice drop in the Dow and S&P 500 near at the end.
Maybe overdone because of all the cash on the sidelines.
All the long investors will get a haircut today but should be a few bargains early trading. All the cash on the sidelines should be good for the markets early March. US dollar climbing so for the ASX buy companies that earn $US.
