Fortunis Resources has entered into an exclusive option to acquire 100% of Livelink Grp, operator of the Mpire online marketing business. The global internet advertising industry is a rapidly growing market that grew from US$58 billion in 2009 to US$117 billion in 2013. Internet advertising already exceeds the combined total of newspaper and magazine advertising spend and will soon overtake TV advertising to become the largest advertising medium globally. Mpire expects that the continual global growth in smart phone penetration and internet usage will further increase, enhancing the reach of internet advertising.
Since July 2014, Mpire's monthly revenue has increased from $55,000 to $1.22mill in March. Mpire's proprietary marketing software nxus offers an additional potential for commercial software applications in the industry. Refer to company announcement on March 26 for additional details.
