I look at valuation, cash and what is the potential catalysts. $2.3M cap, $1.13M cash. It's the cheapest shell I've come across and doesn't need to raise for several years at current cash burn.
Compare it to other gold stocks with large HC followings, volume and more vocal about searching for projects they are $5-10M.
I often buy too early but I prefer to be in before the herd. Once they go into a T/H for a deal it's too late to buy.
I've seen some pretty average acquisitions of late send stocks up 200% to 500%. So something in Laos from this small of a cap would be a eye catcher.
