COT agrees to backdoor Plukka a Hong Kong based jewellery retailer with an emphasis on online sales but also opening pop up stores targeting high end markets in Hong Kong and USA.

COT will undertake share consolidation on 3-for-4 basis and capital raising of up to A$10,000,000 at A$0.20 per share.
This would equate to having a SP of 15c now so with a current SP of 9c this is a massive discount to where the SP needs to be.
Certainly high risk but would think COT will provide more details soon to attract investor interest to the proposal.
