It's a reasonably illiquid stock, so TA isn't all that reliable anyway. Also, Mansolo said, cup & handle is a continuation pattern so you should really be looking for them after an uptrend. What this stock does will be entirely dependent on drill results so it's really only suitable as an FA entry. The TA will just give you some idea of how cheaply you might be able to pick it up before results come out.
