Just wondering if anyone has a look at K2F would like to hear anyones opinion on them ?

Asset management tech play which isn't a hot sector right now but there pushing for contracts in O & G sector as well utilities (Electricity water etc..) K2F listed on November 22 at 20c. 2.5M cash in the bank as of December and spending expected to 330k for this quarter . 25m shares with 16M in escrow for 12 months and another 7.25M for 24 months . current Market cap of 3.75M at 15c . Fully diluted 7.5M
as per last announcement for march Revenue of 100k from there consultancy division alone which is on going work which will continue on into April and May

only buyers at these levels have been directors.

Neil Canby 150k
Brain Miller 131k
Gino D’Anna 55k

not huge money but still skin in the game.

Also Brain Miller is a director of MTC which just listed and Gino D’Anna is the founder of MTC and was also a director of ATU and currently director of MLS which both multi bagged .

The news flow has been very slow but I'm expecting perhaps some contract news moving forward
