DTZ Investor presso just out. Sounds very Cap Raise'y to me. They have US$2.8m end of Dec and expected burn of US$800k this Q.

In my opinion Otsana (Faldi is chairman of DTZ) will raise to instos and sophs at a lower SP probably with free oppies just in time for them to then roll out the next flow of news catalysts for the post raise pump. The cash will prob be needed to meet the commercial agreements they are aiming for. Doesn't make sense to let it breakout and then raise to pros (very rarely happens if you think about it) so the only way to raise then would be to retail but i reckon the pros wit i o now and free oppies all round. All IMO. I follow this sort of stuff a fair bit.

Sucks coz that was a nice base and just eroded alot of paper profit

Hey Free, not so sure about Cap Raise, they have $2.8m as of today's presentation. But yep the trading feels a bit strange, but you never know. The only thing would be a positive if they have to roast money to increase production based on an off take agreement. That would suit me fine
