Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 28st Apr 2014 (No. 112)
Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided as I do not have the time to research all the facts that have been provided. Best of Luck.!

KSN - An IOCG explorer in the Gawler Craton district of South Australia ,
    24/04/2014

On a TA basis I am liking the look of the sell side on KSN at present , one seller ( a very large one ) has been selling down the stock for months in very small lots and I sense we might have found a TA bottom at .02c The company raised money at 20 cents and purchased leases at the equivalent value , and traded as high as .18c for a few sessions not that long ago . The MD was moved on , the spend of cash stemmed and all we have seen as far as activity is the share trading with large seller , pushing it down on small volumes ( Between $5 and $10 worth at times )Min brokerage is $20 roughly so the seller of these parcels actually incurred a cost more than the sale proceeds to force the stock lower ....had to understand why I did notice a few weeks ago a cross trade of size has taken place with a new substantial shareholder emerging in what appeared to be a friendly deal With very few shares on issue and for the first time for a long time a few buyers are putting in orders for 50000 lots and not getting any stock .A seller , maybe the same seller , sold a measly $15 of stock today at .02c , and the next real size of selling is closer to 5c Might be worth a punt at 2 -3c for a turnaround story , especially if they drill some of the leases and find something .

    CXO - Silver in NT,
    21/04/2014

shares on issue 106,800,740 cash $1.7MMC $5.1M Share price 5c I think that CXO must be very close to being ready to drill their Bluey's and Inkheart prospects at their Albarta Project in the NT. Given the extremely high silver in soil geochem results for both prospects I am confident that they should be able to come with some very high grade assays for silver akin to what IVR found in their initial drilling at their Paris Prospect. Furthermore with the huge difference between the two companies respective MC's I think we should see CXO achieve at least an increase of 25% in their SP whilst drilling is underway. If they can emulate the grades of IVR then I expect we will see gains of at least 100% in their SP and MC

Mcap ~$19m Shares on Offer ~105mGraphite is regarded as a critical material for future global industrial growth, destined for industrial and technology applications including nuclear reactors, lithium-ion battery manufacturing and a source of graphene. In comparison to some of the other runners in the sector this graphite play still has some catching up to do imo. Main price drivers for KNL in the short term are the expected completion of a fully funded drilling program and an announcement regarding possible JV - see below The Company’s primary focus is its 100%-owned Epanko deposit, located within the Mahenge Graphite Project. Epanko currently has an Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 14.9Mt, grading 10.5% TGC, for 1.56Mt of contained graphite, defined in accordance with the JORC Code. This initial estimate only covers 20% of the project area. Metallurgy has found Epanko graphite to be large flake & expandable in nature.

At the bottom of this post is a roughie idea of how the tech. works - previously posted. Again - note that Chris Morris AND Penelope Maclagan - his sister are heavily investing in this company -- the ONLY time they have invested since being together as a multibillion corporation team who built CPU - never underestimate a winning team - especially when the win is a SP that went from cents to over $12 - you reckon they haven't got a bit of experience?

Cash $12.5m and generating approx $25k per day from Oil sales. Company has been very active of late with the switching on production of Surprise west oil well (Flowing well above the forecast 400 BOPD), Acquisition of a producing gas field and one about to go into production and associated pipeline infrastructure from Magellan. The planned drilling of Surprise East which is expected to be multiple times (5x?) the size of Surprise west. The drilling of 4 unconventional wells due to start in 6 weeks by JV Partner Total ...and last but not least going into a "trading halt" today with the possible success of the MT Kitty well . IF Mt kitty is a success it could be huge with a seismic structure "...The structure at Mount Kitty, if filled to spill, would cover an area of 229 km2 and would host nearly 3 Tcf of gas resource-in-place..." Some of it is touted to be the very valuable Helium (Maybe) .. That is "IF" its a success we will find out on Tuesday.

BOA - IOCG explorer Fraser Range WA,
    11/04/2014

Boadicea Resources is one of many Australian explorers on the ASX that has fallen out of favour in a market not to keen on holding on to Aussie listed explorers for more than 20 minutes at a time .BOA is situated 5 km to the North east of the world class Bollinger and Nova nickel discoveries owned by Sirius resources .Most investors still prepared to buy and hold Aussie explorers would realize SIR has appreciated in value by 200-300 times since the Nova discovery was proven up BOA will have results on their initial drilling of their project out to the market in 2-3 weeks , the BOA market cap has 23 million shares tradeable at tonight's close of 20c is now about $5 million . A few More might be issued dependant on how many options are exercised 20c on the March 2014 series .BOA don't spend money ,they were actually cash flow positive last quarter and hold about $3 million in cash .The quarterly released tonight certainly was short as follows :Symons Hill – Fraser Range, WA ? Drilling Program of Work (POW) approved by Department of Mines & Petroleum. ? Mark Creasy to sell 30% of adjoining Nova Licence to Sirius Resources for approximately $188 million in cash and shares. ? Drilling commenced on 18 March 2014 and has recently been completed. ? Results of the drilling are expected late April 2014Ends As far as I am concerned despite a really poor market for explorers and a board that is not a promoter of any kind , any sign of even half reasonable results out later this month could see the market cap of $5 million rise in multiples not cents Long at 20c for me looking to take out the top position 2 months in a row Freehold .I hold BOA and did buy some more shares just below 20c recently but did not elect to exercise my march 20c options as I am happy to see less shares on issue .

Company’s main activities include the propagation of Kingfish, producing fingerlings for sale and grow out; the grow out of Kingfish for sale; and Southern Bluefin Tuna research and development Should benefit from free trade agreements with Japan recently and is showing continued progress with fingerlings with reports due soon hopefully! Has a reasonable cash balance sheet and income hopefully growing with the fish size. Technically looks to be forming a higher low now in the charts with a 52 week high of 0.077 Who knows with this market currently but a bit of long term pressure could come on the price as investors sift through the free trade agreements and where value can be found . This one i think should benefit long term and with blue fin tuna tariffs gone its in a box seat if its successful sometime in the future breeding them . Currently is the largest king fish producer in the world?

79.48m shares on issue ,current cash about $800k. I think we must be due news soon as to a start of their next drill campaign targeting exceptional and strong conductors(see announcements March 13 and February 24)St George have also been conducting a property wide EM survey looking to identify further conductors. Their head geologist is Tim Hronsky who is also an executive director and I think the brother of Jon Hronsky who recently joined the board of CZI and was formerly BHP's principal nickel sulphide consultant. St George hold a commanding ground position in the Stella Range-Minigwal area. Below are a couple of maps showing the tenement positions in the area. A start to drilling in the area should raise interest and awareness of the whole area and any success by St George should really rub off on another recent pick of mine RVR as well who hold 2 blocks southeast along the main Stella Range Fault system. There is also a deadline of approx four weeks to spud the well at 4100ft. Four zones are being targeted, and oil in the background has risen from 1% to 15%. The well will also be multi-zone tested. There are successful skyventure facilities across the globe catering for specialist skydiver needs and the general public, along with the new emerging sport of tunnel flying, which opens up the art of "bodyflying" to a wider base. Generally speaking, bookings need to be made many months in advance to secure tunnel time at any of these facilities.
