Farm-in is subject to grant of an exploration licence - Rio is currently in negotiation with the Tiwi Land Council.

Not often you see a $1.5 million company in a $5 million exploration deal with a mining conglomerate like Rio.

Looking for acquisitions.

Also has tungsten and uranium projects in the NT.

Also controls tin-tungsten projects in Myanmar.

Just dirt cheap.

Has formed a nice solid base after falling a fair way and I figure the only way is up from here.
