Hi 3500 just having a look at BXN.Overall not too bad made a small profit in the half year and positive cashflow.I will have a closer look at the structure as it appears the directors are not taking fees but shares which will be shown on the balance sheet and not in cashflow.If the directors are taking shares they will need to disclose if they sell on market.A good idea to fund the company but would need to keep an eye on the directors selling if any.
