A spin-off question from my tip, if anyone has any insights. What is the percentage of Chinese companies that actually honor deals? Perhaps the ASX should take some sort of tally, and perhaps establish a requirement that any deal with a Chinese company MUST require a substantial deposit or some other form of security. How many companies need to be torpedoed by some sketchy deal with a Chinese entity before we decide to regulate??
