Whacko !! finally !! got a parcel of ZTA.........mentioned a few times, i've been stalking this for 8 months now, and wanted a parcel in the 5G'er too.........
about to do a 2 for 1 @6c, with 1 oppie for every 2 new shares.
a rough calculation gives............
27M on issue...........1.2M cash, no debt.......
MC @6c=1.62M..........................(following the CR)
@8c=2.16M.........960k EV
@10c=2.7M........1.5c EV
i used 8c as an example due to the 300k sell order, from Peplon Nominees (doing a flip??)
The big news recently was Transcontinental Group taking a 20% holding, and will support the issue.......while not underwriting, i am confident they will introduce some new blood in the event of a shortfall, and, they will be out to introduce deals to ZTA.
i dont tip, i dont set out to recommend stocks, but this has been my longest, most patient, and now, my most exciting play....................not for widows and orphans, and, no doubt, a risky play.....DYOR
