Price has been chopping inside a range 10-12 inside a larger range 10-13. Today's depth shows huge volume come into play with a strong feeling of FOMO, went strong bid 12 shortly after open, and about to hit 13 any moment now. (EDIT: 13 Just went bid, but back to offer)
If it breaks levels at 14/15 and holds, it may start a strong leg up.
