Compared to yourself and a lot of others here @minoil, I'm relatively new to trading.

Does this mean that the costs of listing the standard way - the front door, setting things up for the first time, I supposed as opposed to buying a shell being the backdoor is about 1 million aussie dollars ?

And that therefore pretty much any listed entity should not have a value less than the cost of its alternative usage as a shell?
